Return / Replace
The exchange or return of goods that have not been consumed and have preserved their commercial appearance is carried out within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods by the buyer.
Postal services cost at the expense of the seller in case the buyer discovers significant structural differences between the actual product and the information presented on the website, in case of defects – an uneven seam, significant defects in materials, accessories and damage during transportation (all cases are checked by a post office employee).
Postage services cost at buyer’s expense for any other reason for exchange or return.
